Dosing is an important part of the packaging process. The product specifications,
the required capacity and the pack weight are all decisive factors on choosing the
right dosing principle for your product. At Bouwpaco we combine all available dosing
systems with our own packaging machines. We can also provide stand-alone or
custom-made dosing devices. Our engineering department is always willing to provide
a test at our factory with your product to get a better view on capacity and accuracy values.

Auger Filler
The auger filler is usually being used for dosing products such as milkpowder, spices, flowers etc. The Bouwpaco auger filler can be combined with almost any type of packaging machines. we also offer a stand-alone version, which can be used for filling buckets, jars of pre-formed bags. The stand-alone version can work volumetric or on weight.
Loss-in-weight
The loss-in-weight dosing unit related to the auger filler. The Loss-in-weight is specially designed for dosing large pack weight or powders with a variable density. The dosing unit measures the exact weight of product dosed, ensuring a very high accuracy.
Cup filler
The Bouwpaco cup filler is designed for dosing free-flowing products, with a fixed volume. Products such as beans, rice or salt a very suitable. The height of the filling cups are height adjustable for easy changeover to a different volume. Also exchange sets for other cup sizes are available.
Liquid dosing
Bouwpaco has delivered numerous packaging lines with a dosing system for liquids. For example for oils and sauces. The type of dosing system is always depending on the liquid characteristics. Possible solutions are the use of a pump or a flowmeter.
Linear and multihead weighers
For dosing free-flowing products on weight, usually a linear or
multi-head weigher is used. Our machines can work with all types and common brands.
