Reliability and flexibility characterize our range of vertical form- fill- and sealing
machines (bagmaker). The use of A-class components and materials ensure
a high technical effiency. Thanks to the modular design, a large variety of bag
shapes and sizes can be produced on one single machine. An innovative
control design clearly shows how operator friendliness is realised.
Our machines are custom made build, based on three diffent models. The
BP 320 and BP 500 series are available in both a pneumatic and servo driven
version. Our range of bagmakers can reach a capacity up to 120 bags per minute.
Many options are available for our bagmaker, to customize the machine perfectly
for your application. Especially for the powder industry a ATEX zone 22 certified
model is available.

BP320 series
The BP 320 is a compact and multifunctional vertical form- fill- and seal machine. Many options are easy to integrate for an optimal adjustment for your specific product(s). In addition, there are also possibilities for custom made solutions.

BP500 series
For applications where large bag sizes are required, the BP 500 series is your solution. A bag width up to 500 mm can be realized, without compromising the compact footprint of the machine design. Also the BP 500 series can be delivered with customer specific options.

BP SiH series ultra clean
The BP SiH series is a revolutionary development of Bouwpaco Packaging Equipment b.v. With much attention for detail, an ultra-clean machine has been developed which can be used in the most demanding production circumstances. Due to the unique design, there are hardly any flat areas where product or contaminations can stay behind. The machine can be cleaned with water and common food-safe detergents without any problems thanks to the IP 76+ protection rating.
